OSB provides full residential services for students during the week and transportation for home going on weekends. Room, board, and educational services are provided at no cost to eligible students.
Day students receive the same educational services at no charge, but they generally go home at the end of the school day.

Planned recreational and leisure-time activities include student organization events, cheerleading, and interscholastic athletics. OSB wrestlers participate in competitions sponsored by Oklahoma public schools, and wrestlers and cheerleaders compete in events sponsored by the South Central Association of Schools for the Blind.
