The Oklahoma School for the Blind library is provided to students to enhance learning by giving them the required and needed resources to succeed. These materials include Braille, Large Print, Standard Print, and Audio formats. During school hours, students may use the library to help with their class work and studies. Students have a wide variety of books available, and they may also use the computers equipped with all hardware and software required by each course.



Elementary students can participate in story time and fun games in Mrs. Rogers’ Reading Corner.


Through the assistance of the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, The Accessible Instructional Materials Center, the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, and National Library Service for the Blind and Visually Handicapped, student have the ability to access materials, equipment, and information needed.


The OSB Library is also one of two statewide resource centers for materials, textbooks, equipment, and information concerning blindness and visual impairment.
